Recycling of used and donwgraded Deuterium oxide
At Zeochem’s production site in Switzerland, we operate one of the biggest recycling und upgrading plant for Deuterium oxide. Our advanced technology makes it possible to enrich depleted Deuterium oxide to over 99.9 atom%D and return it to the reuse cycle. Did you knwo that other Deuterium-Labeled Compounds, such a!s Deuterated Solvents or Deuterium Donors can also be recycled for cost-effective reuse ?

To protect yourself from injury, use the new ZEOtope ampoule opener (Material# 400440) when an ampoule exposes a sharp edge or shatters while being opened.
Applications:
Signals for water occur at different frequencies in 1H-NMR spectra depending on the solvent used.
We recommend the use of glass ampoules. Each ampoule is sealed and inspected visually. We offer ampoules in boxes of 10 with 0.5mL, 0.6mL, 0.75mL each.
Chloroform-d, DMSO-d6 and Methanol-d4 are the most used solvents for NMR applications due to its wide range of solvent constraints as well as its simple spectrum and high boiling point.
Please contact Zeochem at info@zeochem.ch or complete the new product request form by visiting our products page on our ZEOtope website.
Heavy Water is a valuable material and should not be disposed. You can return your depleted Heavy Water to Zeochem. Please contact us at info@zeochem.ch for more information.
Zeochem produces deuterium labelled compounds. The isotopic purity is shown in percentage Deuterium (Atom%D) by 1H-NMR. Chemical purity refers to the content of a particular substances. For NMR solvents, it is usually tested by Gas Chromatography in area percentage and/or by NMR to confirm the purity according the 1H-NMR spectra
